What Do  I Wear to a Class? 

Ideally, wear close-fitting clothing that you can freely move in. Pilates should be performed in bare feet or special grip socks. 

I Have a Medical Issue, Is Pilates for Me? 

All clients need to complete a health questionnaire prior to commencing classes. We can chat about any concerns you may have and ensure you understand what movements if any, you should avoid.

What Do I Need to Bring to Class? 

You will need to bring your own mat and maybe some water. Some people benefit from "blocking" in certain exercises, a small cushion or rolled up hand towel will suffice. I have a supply of Pilates blocks for people to borrow.
