The Story Behind Our Pilates+Group
Summers Wellbeing was founded by Sarah Summers 10 yrs ago. Sarah is dedicated to sharing her passion with others. Sarah has a background in treating sports injuries and sports massage. Based in Wanborough she runs a friendly and enthusiastic Pilates Group with events and activities taking place year-round. We like to keep up the energy and excitement, always welcoming new members to take part. Simply put, we love getting together to do what we love.

What Do I Wear to a Class?Ideally, wear close-fitting clothing that you can freely move in. Pilates should be performed in bare feet or special grip socks.

What Do I Need to Bring to Class?You will need to bring your own mat and maybe some water. Some people benefit from "blocking" in certain exercises, a small cushion or rolled-up hand towel will suffice. I have a supply of Pilates blocks for people to borrow.

I Have a Medical Issue, Is Pilates for Me?All clients need to complete a health questionnaire prior to commencing classes. We can chat about any concerns you may have and ensure you understand what movements if any, you should avoid. Link to Health Questionnaire.

Cancellation PolicyCancellations later than 12 hours (24 hours for morning classes) prior to class start time will not be refunded. You can reschedule your booking at any time by logging in and going to My bookings.
